Welcome to ELF STUDIO. I rent out the groundfloor studio of my charming renovated 1900 cornerhouse in Amsterdam City Center Jordaan.
The apartment consists of one (lockable) comfortable large room with big windows (former shop) with a solid oak floor, good curtains, 2 boxspring beds, 1 extra bed, a closet, tv, dinner table, seating. In the adjoining hall you have your own kitchen, shower and toilet. These are for your private use only. Please note that the hall is also occasionally passed through by myself (I live on the higher floors) to get from the front door to the staircase and vice versa. You will hardly notice, unless you happen to be cooking....
You will have your own set of keys and can come and go as you please. Lots of nice restauants, cafe's, markets, right around the corner.

Rate for 1-2 persons is 89 euros per night. Included: all services, bedlinen, cleaning, wifi and towels. Excluded: 10 % city taxes,and 9 % VAT. Third person: €25 per night. Minimum stay: 3 nights, max. 3 weeks. For reservations, please check availability online and send us a reservation request.
Cancellation policy: The deposit that you sometimes pay will be completely refunded if you cancel more than 14 days before check-in time. After that the deposit is non- refundable except in cases that can not be helped like a ban on international traffic.
You'll be staying in Amsterdam's most central, popular and cosy historic area: 200 steps to Anne Frank House, 10 minute walk to Central Station. Lots of nice shops, markets, restaurants and all sights nearby. If you like swimming: there is also an indoor swimmingpool and dayspa very closeby.
The nice way to explore Amsterdam is by foot, by boat or by bike. You are right in the pittoresque city center so lots of sights are within walking distance. Several trams and buses also stop closeby. If you want to explore other parts of the country: Amsterdam Central Station is just a 15 minute walk away.
